  • Sessions for target areas (e.g. neck, back, lower back) and special areas (e.g. spine, desk) to the highest standards of current scientific evidence

  • Able to replace visits to a physiotherapist

  • Most Sessions done with bodyweight only, some require bands, foam roller, lacrosse/tennis ball
